✅ Consultations are REQUIRED for all first-time clients.
🚫 Appointments are non-transferable.
You may not switch or give your appointment to someone else.
🗣️ Not satisfied with your service?
Please notify me before you leave the salon so I can make it right.
🚷 No extra guests allowed.
This includes parents, children, and friends. Please arrive alone to your appointment.
💳 Payment Policies
❗ All sales are final.
💸 Deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred once to another appointment.
💰 Accepted payments: Zelle, credit card, or cash only.
🧾 A 6% sales tax applies to all credit card payments.
⚠️ Remaining balances are nonrefundable.
📅 Scheduling Policy
🔹 Consultations are REQUIRED for first-time clients.
🔹 Booking for someone else? Please enter the name of the person receiving the service — not your own or a parent’s name.
🔹 Manage your appointment online: Book, reschedule, or cancel anytime. Check your confirmation email for details.
🔹 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
🔹 Running late? Please notify me before your scheduled time.
⏰ A 10-minute grace period is allowed for both stylist and client.
⏳ After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
🚫 No call/no show? Your card will be charged the remaining balance of your service.
✅ To avoid charges, just let me know if you can’t make it or need to reschedule.
⚠️ Scheduling note: Don’t book appointments 1-2 days before an event—allow at least 3-5 days in case of unexpected changes.
⌛ Service times are estimates. You may experience some wait time if previous appointments run long. I try to keep you informed when possible.
✂️ Please select the correct style and length when booking. Changes that require more time than booked will not be allowed.
